It looks like a Tortricine Leafroller Moth, in the Subfamily Tortricinae, Congratulations @stephen_thorpe and better luck next time @thebeachcomber
Its looking like a fantastic weekend of Nature observing so I hope you all find something new!

Just North of the Equator is still counted as Southern hemisphere?
What's the cut-off date & time for posting observations taken during the Blitz period, please?

@dianastuder we decided a while back that if a country was in the southern hemispheare then it counted (with the exception of places like France, in that case territories are ok

@gsbadmin most of the country is North of the Equator, which passes thru the Southern tip of the country.
Need a third Bioblitz for Equatorial countries.
