Found this (possible) Milipede on a rock next to a pool of nonmoving stream water on Table Mesa west of Broadway. When I picked this little guy up he stopped moving and it looked as if it "played dead", and thought I was a predator. Temperature outside was 49 degrees and overcast.
A millipede of cylindrical type.

This thing was out all over the fog-shrouded trail. Wikipedia says its also known as the
"Cyanide Millipede" for it's ability to emanate the gas. Hence having few predators.
A small red-orange millipede (centipede?). I don't really know the common name. It is about an inch and a half long and was very common on the forest floor.
Found in the tropical rainforest in Chan Chich, Belize.
A larger, darker millipede found among these ones. It ran away quite quickly before I could get a good shot.
A nest of tiny diplopods, each perhaps ~5 - 10mm in length.
Small, fast-moving diplopod, interestingly resembles a Batrachoseps tail.
