Second picture is chocolate tube slimes emerging along edge of same area. These new growths were disturbed overnight and missing the next day.

first 2 photos taken yesterday, second 2 photos are from a week or two before. in very close proximity and fruiting at the same time as a previous observation that could potentially be a younger stage of the same species, however they have longer stalk structures http://www.inaturalist.org/observations/178969595
