I have worked as a botanist for the past 20 years specializing in the western Mojave Desert and southern California regions. I currently work for Conservation Biology Institute in San Diego County. I am the current Rare Plant Monitoring Coordinator for the San Diego Management and Monitoring Program's region-wide rare plant monitoring effort.
