I have a degree in forestry from the University of Florida and have been doing forestry and ecology consulting work for over 50 years. I make and install nest boxes for kestrels, screech owls and bluebirds. I love nature and take lots of photos , although not as many as my wife, Erika (@erikamonster), who took the adjacent profile photo as we worked with consultant foresters to do a prescribed burn on a 100 acre longleaf pine plantation.
